ROLE SUMMARY
The Head of Venue and Event Safety is a crucial role responsible for the safety and security of all patrons, staff, and stakeholders at ICC Belfast, Waterfront, and Ulster Hall.
This position demands a strategic approach to safety, excellent communication skills, and leadership in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of safety policies and procedures across our 2-venue operation, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with key internal teams and external partners.The company is committed to its vision to create a world-class stage where people make great things happen.
