Our dedicated team of experienced event professionals takes a partnership approach to understand your objectives and weave the top ten high impact motivators into your event to create an unforgettable experience for delegates. Once ICC Belfast has been confirmed as your venue of choice, a team of event delivery experts is assembled. This includes a dedicated event manager, production manager and hospitality manager. Each with their own specialist knowledge and skills, they’ll be on hand to answer any queries in the lead up to your event. You’ll meet with this team for an ideation session to kick off your planning journey. Aspirations will be shared at this stage in order to curate a best in class, emotionally fuelled event experience for you and your delegates right here in Belfast.

We use our expertise and experience to advise on every element. From the proposed spaces and event production to hospitality, citywide branding and digital marketing. This ensures your goals are not only met but exceeded whether you’re hosting a conference, awards ceremony, sales kick off or exhibition.

Event management can be stressful and time consuming. We use a range of tools to alleviate this and make the process as seamless as possible.

Kanban methodology principles are adopted in the ICC Belfast event management process. This is perfect for operational environments as it allows us to work in an agile way and easy to adapt for variance in the plan. Following event confirmation, we will create a plan using Microsoft Planner. This helps us to visualise workflows, ensures what we agree is achievable and provides clear delivery dates and ownership. A limit is placed on the amount of work in progress live at any one time. Events are multi-faceted and staying on top of tasks means there’s greater flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances. We learn from every event we deliver and we refine our approach based on the experience we’ve gained.

As a client you will benefit from our years of experience, Kanban approach and our project management techniques. Your Event Manager will manage the planning board, creating individual cards for each task and assigning them to the most relevant person. The Event Manager will ensure the plan is progressing as required, updating on progress via regular video calls.

In addition to all of this, we’re on hand to provide guidance, document templates and checklists. We will also connect you with our preferred suppliers for room dressing, exhibitions and branding if you need it. Our team becomes an extension of yours during the live event.
