Belfast has held the title of C&IT's Best Conference Destination for three consecutive years.

ABPCO Best Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at a Conference Together with Visit Belfast and event-ful, ICC Belfast won the 2022 ABPCO award for Best Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at a conference in recognition of the work that was undertaken across the city pre, during and post the Harkin International Disability Employment Summit.

GDS Movement Innovation Award 2022 Visit Belfast took home an Innovation Award for its pioneering social impact initiative Changing the Menu. For Good. As a founding partner, ICC Belfast supports this initiative by directly raising funds and supplies for local food banks and charities.

Best Conference Venue over 1100 Theatre Style 2022 After receiving bronze in 2019 and 2021, ICC Belfast took home the top prize in the 2022 Conference and Events Awards, in addition to being shortlisted for a Sustainability Award. These awards focus on what sets venues apart from the competition in terms of technology, client experience and delegate satisfaction.

Best venue offering digital/hybrid event facilities 2021 and 2022 ICC Belfast was awarded Best Venue offering Digital/Hybrid Event Facilities in 2021 and 2022. The Digital Event Awards recognise excellence in the production and delivery of digital events.

Most innovative and tech-friendly venue 2021 At the Event Technology Awards 2021, ICC Belfast was named most innovative and tech-friendly venue. This prestigious award celebrates excellence in event technology and this recognition demonstrates ICC Belfast’s one team approach to delivering hybrid event experiences like no other.

ABPCO Innovation Award The Virtual Delegate a six-part digital event series which was powered by ICC Belfast and hosted by international keynote speaker David Meade, won an Innovation Award as part of the annual Association of British Professional Conference Organisers (ABPCO) Excellence Awards in 2021.

COVID Response Awards ICC Belfast | Waterfront Hall | Ulster Hall were awarded Best COVID Response in Hospitality at the COVID Response Awards as well as receiving a bronze award for Best Pivot/Reinvention in Events, for the team's rapid response and outstanding work when faced with the pandemic.

Best events destination 2018 and 2019 Belfast was named Best Events Destination in 2018 and 2019 at the Conference and Incentive Travel  (C&IT) Awards, which recognises the best of the Meetings, Incentives, Conference and Events (MICE) industry around the world.

ABPCO Best Industry Partnership ICC Belfast was named the winner of the Association of British Professional Conference Organisers (ABPCO) Best Industry Partnership Award for the partnership with the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) whose 2018 Congress was hosted in the convention centre. .

Bronze Diversity Mark ICC Belfast | Waterfront Hall | Ulster Hall were awarded a Bronze accreditation by Diversity Mark for achieving a 50:50 male:female balance at executive level, with senior management roles throughout the business also now approaching a 50:50 gender split.

Green Meetings - Gold ICC Belfast, together with sister entertainment venue, Waterfront Hall, was awarded the Green Meetings Gold Award and became the first meetings and events venue on the island of Ireland to receive the accolade.
