ICC Belfast was the host venue for the Benenden Health conference, an annual event that takes place in various cities throughout the UK.
Benenden Health works to complement the NHS by providing assistance to members when they are faced with a lengthy wait for diagnosis and treatment on the NHS. Benenden Health exists for the sole benefit of its 800,000 members and remains a not-for-profit organisation.

I have received many comments from both Benenden Health staff and delegates about the quality of the venue, but particularly about the quality of the ICC Belfast staff, who were so professional, helpful and friendly.

The Benenden Health conference is an annual event which takes place in different cities across the UK, this year we were delighted to host Benenden for two days and welcome 450 attendees to Belfast. The attendees were made up of both Benenden employees and members.
Julia Marsh, Democratic Services Officer, was delighted with ICC Belfast's facilities, which have expanded significantly since Benenden last held an event in Belfast commenting:
The last time Benenden Health came to Belfast was in 2001, we returned to the city recently and were very impressed by ICC Belfast's facilities, particularly the extension. The ICC is in a great location in the centre of Belfast with lovely views overlooking the river.
Furthermore, Julia commented on the suitability of ICC Belfast for large events, saying:
ICC Belfast is one of the best venues we have used, it is a fantastic convention centre and I would certainly recommend ICC Belfast to other organisations who are seeking to hold large events
