Ciara Davidson

Ciara is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in strategic planning, corporate governance, and stakeholder engagement. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team at ICC Belfast, Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall, Ciara works closely with the Chief Executive and Board of Directors to drive the effective delivery of the organisation's strategy and business plan.

With a focus on interdepartmental collaboration and project management, Ciara plays a vital role in overseeing strategic initiatives, including Sustainability, CSR and Corporate Governance. She also ensures effective communication and transparency with internal and external stakeholders, driving impactful engagement and supporting the company’s long-term goals.

Leading the Team Engagement initiatives, she fosters a motivated and dynamic work environment to build a culture of collaboration and operational excellence, aligning organisational development with long-term business success.

Ciara is dedicated to helping ICC Belfast, Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall achieve its vision of creating a world-class stage where people make great things happen while maintaining its reputation as a world-class venue for events and cultural experiences.

Prior to joining the organisation Ciara worked with large, global companies and has longstanding experience in promoting Belfast and Northern Ireland on the world stage. Ciara is a non-executive Board director, holds a BSc Hons in Communications and Public Relations from Ulster University and professional qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Chartered Management Institute.
