Nadine joined the ICC Belfast event team as a placement student in June 2022, where she refined her skills in event planning and delivery. Her proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail allowed her to make meaningful contributions to a variety of events. Following her placement, she gained invaluable experience as a Health and Safety Assistant, further broadening her expertise in the field.
In 2023, Nadine returned to Queen’s University Belfast to complete her Business Management degree. Juggling her studies with her role as a Casual Duty Manager at BWUH Ltd, she showcased exceptional time management and dedication, ultimately earning a First Class Honours.Upon graduating, Nadine continued her professional journey at ICC Belfast as a Project Coordinator, while also maintaining her role as a Casual Duty Manager. In her new position, she plays a crucial part in supporting the Chief Executive's office with the implementation of strategic projects for BWUH Ltd. Her in-depth understanding of the venue's operations, combined with her analytical mindset, allows her to provide valuable insights that drive project success. Nadine’s teamwork and leadership skills, along with her unwavering commitment to excellence, make her a vital asset to the team as they strive to elevate the venue’s profile and fulfill its strategic objectives.
