Peter joined the ICC Belfast | Waterfront Hall | Ulster Hall Team in June 2018 and is responsible for creating amazing food journeys for each delegate. In his previous role in Yellow Door, he worked on an amazing range of high-profile and outstanding events across Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Previously Peter worked in operational areas of hospitality sales with a wide range of companies and has gained invaluable insight in how to make the experience amazing for each guest, which is evident in his event delivery.
It is great to know that everyone at the venue knows what they are doing (and they are doing it well!). I would like to give a special shoutout to Pete and Curtis from Hospitality Belfast, who were excellent. The food was good and catered for all the different requirements.
