With over a decade of experience in the live events industry, Phil Adair serves as a Production Manager at ICC Belfast. His extensive background as a seasoned technician has equipped him with the expertise to handle a wide range of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale productions. Phil meticulously manages audio, lighting, and AV aspects, ensuring every detail is perfect.
Phil brings a detailed approach to all events he delivers, with a calm and professional attitude to his day-to-day work. He has played a crucial role in some of the venue’s largest events, spanning both conferences and entertainment, always exceeding client expectations. Some of the notable events Phil has recently delivered include the Stena Sphere Forum, Royal College of Ophthalmologists Annual Congress, Tourism Northern Ireland Meet the Buyer and Scale X Summit.
Phil and his team have been excellent. He manoeuvred ad-hoc elements with great ease, which I appreciated during the conference. Communication in the run up and during the conference was excellent.
