Sandra Našlainytė

Originally from Lithuania, Sandra moved to Northern Ireland in 2005 and graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Interactive Multimedia Design from Ulster University in 2018. Her career includes experience in the dynamic cinema industry and a role at Randox, Northern Ireland's leading health and toxicology company in the in-vitro diagnostics sector.

In May 2022, Sandra joined ICC Belfast, Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall as a Conference Sales Support Assistant and in 2026 was promoted to Digital Operations Specialist. In this role, she helps streamline workflows, improve data quality and reporting, coordinate platform updates and testing, and support dashboards and analytics. Sandra also supports the sales team and the broader business with professionalism and courtesy.

Alongside her role as Digital Operations Specialist, Sandra is a member of the Green team, dedicating substantial time and effort to reducing the organisation's environmental impact and strengthening its sustainability credentials.
