Production Manager
Sean has over 20 years’ experience in the live events industry working as a freelance Audio Engineer and working in various production companies both in Northern Ireland and London.
He has been with the ICC since 2016 as a Production Technician handling all aspects of lights and AV, specialising in sound, planning, building, and delivering a variety of world class events across the conference and entertainment sectors of the industry.
Sean brings his passion, expertise and experience of delivering large scale events to his ICC Production Manager role, as well as his knowledge of the venue, equipment and advances in industry technology, to bring client visions to life.
Sean Morales, Emma Rea, Kelly Andrews and all of the team were an absolute delight to work with! The jump to make our event bigger and better this year is what pushed us to hold it at ICC Belfast and it paid off. Felt like a completely different league of event.
