ROLE SUMMARY
As a Graduate Event Manager, you’ll be stepping into the world of live events at ICC Belfast, Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall, supporting the Senior Event Manager and wider team with the planning, coordination, and delivery of a diverse range of events. This role offers hands-on experience, guided development, and the opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced venue. You’ll liaise with clients, internal departments, and suppliers to ensure smooth event operations, while learning the ropes of professional event and project management.
You will support the delivery of high-quality events by assisting with project coordination tasks and learning to apply project management principles, while working closely with colleagues across departments to help ensure efficient and effective event operations.
