ROLE SUMMARY
A key member of the Marketing and Communications team, the post holder will have responsibility for the development and execution of ICC Belfast marketing and communications plans. With specific focus on conference marketing, they will be tasked to generate brand awareness on a national and internal scale as well as generating leads across a variety of channels including but not limited to digital. The post holder will support the communication plans for the wider organisation as well as support with any crisis communication support that maybe required.
The Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for delivering an annual calendar of marketing activity that delivers against predetermined targets, as well as the wider business objectives aimed at driving growth and prosperity for Northern Ireland's business event industry.
The Marketing Manager will have influence over B2B marketing activity undertaken across Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall brand family. Working closely with the Acting Head of Marketing and Communications and the wider marketing and entertainment management teams, the post holder will ensure alignment across all marketing activity so that the venues’ unique value propositions and competitive differentiators are communicated effectively to the target audiences.
