ROLE SUMMARY
The Production Operations Manager will oversee and drive the success of the technical and Crew teams at ICC Belfast, Waterfront Hall, and Ulster Hall. This role involves coordinating and managing two teams responsible for the setup and delivery of conference and entertainment events across our three venues. The post holder will be a strong people leader, adept at managing teams on varied shifts, and will ensure that events are delivered to the highest standards in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Reporting to the Head of Production, the Production Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the Technicians and Venue Crew across the company, ensuring the delivery of technical and production services required to support both entertainment and business events.
