A message from our Chairman, Steve Daniels

A great team is vital to keep everyone informed and engaged

Steve Daniels, Chair of Belfast Waterfront and Ulster Hall Ltd. took the opportunity to address the BWUH team for the first time at the Q3 January Quarterly Team Meeting.

Steve spoke about his experience in delivering real transformational, cultural and behavioural change within challenging commercial environments across the world as well as covering his personal background, expectations and vision for the organisation. 

My key role will be that (our team) have all the tools they need to do their job and they feel that they have a good job that they are enjoying and that they can realise their full potential.

Going Forward with BWUH Ltd

The BWUH team is united through consistent core values and Steve was a Board member when the company values were first launched in April 2019 and is proud to see that these have developed and are really embedded throughout the organisation. His promise to the team as Chairman is to be fully transparent, listen to what they have to say and lead by example. In return, he expects the same, passion, enthusiasm, energy, commitment, delivery, attitude and being values-led from all BWUH employees.

Steve is confident that together, with the Executive Leadership Team, the new Board and the team BWUH can continue to set the standards for business events and live entertainment that deliver socially, culturally and economically for Belfast and Northern Ireland. Today, tomorrow and beyond.
