BWUH Ltd. Appoints Sales Director to boost the business tourism sector of the region
ICC Belfast has appointed Ross Moffett as Sales Director. Ross has over 15 years of sales experience across energy, management, automotive and finance sectors. He is a board member of the British and Irish Trading Alliance (BITA NI).
Ross’s role will focus on positioning ICC Belfast as a globally competitive convention centre, supporting the growth of Northern Ireland’s business tourism sector.
Ross Moffett said,
It’s an exciting time to take up this role, as Belfast grows in its role as a dynamic, attractive and highly competitive city for conferencing.
"This year, Northern Ireland’s only purpose-built conference and convention centre has won two major industry awards (Micebook and Eventex). The ICC Belfast team is setting the standard for business tourism and I’m looking forward to sharing their sense of pride and purpose with international associations and conference planners. I’ll also be building on my career experience to deliver on ICC Belfast’s ongoing commitments in sustainability, accessibility, inclusivity, and diversity."

Since ICC Belfast’s £29.5 million transformation into Northern Ireland’s only purpose-built international convention centre, the venue has grown in its role of attracting international visitors, unlocking the region’s ability to target £209 million in direct economic impact by 2030. In the last 12 months, ICC Belfast has proudly hosted premier events including the One Young World Summit, CYBERUK and UKSPACE.
Belfast is a UNESCO City of Music and ICC Belfast’s sister venues, Waterfront Hall and historic Ulster Hall, are at the heart of the Belfast’s thriving music, arts and cultural offering.
