Antonia Willis

With a diverse background spanning luxury retail, recruitment, and business development, Antonia joined the ICC Belfast Association Sales Team in July 2023 as an Association Account Manager, bringing with her a unique blend of client-centric expertise to ICC Belfast.

After graduating from Queens University Belfast (QUB) in 2018, Antonia joined the recruitment sector, homing in on her ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service. Currently, she leverages her versatile experience in the MICE industry, driving success for associations by cultivating strategic partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction. Antonia has represented ICC Belfast at major industry events including The Meetings Show and International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) annual events.

Her favourite part of her current role is working to attract national and international associations to Belfast, collaborating with academic ambassadors from QUB and Ulster University to showcase the city as a global conferencing destination. Out of state conferences not only boost the local economy but share important academic knowledge and create lasting legacies, a vision Antonia is passionate about advancing within her new role as Business Development Manager.
