Clare is an experienced, CIPD qualified professional with over 10 years’ experience in delivering robust HR services within a range of sectors including Shipping, BPO and public sector. Clare was appointed to her role in February 2016 and has led on all key HR projects including Leadership Development, Cultural and Organisational Change, Employee Engagement and Performance Management.
