Daniel Warke
With a passion for event planning and customer satisfaction, Daniel joined ICC Belfast as an Events & Customer Service Operations Degree Apprentice in 2022, where he has been instrumental in delivering large-scale events, including One Young World and the Royal College of Ophthalmologists Conference 2023.
Currently pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Leading on Customer Service Operations at Ulster University, Daniel brings a diverse background in customer service from industries such as financial services, retail and arts, entertainment & recreation. His exceptional organisational skills, coupled with a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving, have earned him recognition including being shortlisted for NI Degree Apprentice of the Year 2023.
In his role, Daniel takes great pride in ensuring client satisfaction and finds the process of planning events from the very beginning to successful delivery the most rewarding part of his work. Outside of his professional life, he is an enthusiastic runner, currently training for his second marathon, and enjoys traveling in his spare time.
