Lauren is an HR professional with an MSc in Human Resource Management and is an Associate Member of CIPD. She has a wealth of experience providing HR support across public, private and third sector organisations. She also holds an OCN Level 3 qualification in Mediation and is passionate about open communication and authenticity in the workplace.
Lauren’s biggest passion is people, and she thrives in supporting our team with all aspects of the HR function. Lauren’s previous background as an HR Consultant has allowed her to handle the day-to-day tasks of HR while facilitating complex and strategic projects simultaneously.
