Lucia joined ICC Belfast in January 2025 with a background of over 16 years in the Hospitality industry.
Her transition to event management was very natural as she prides herself on having strong organisational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail, having worked for over five years in one Belfast City Centre’s popular hotels.
Lucia has experience in planning and delivering events for large corporate firms, production companies, and life events such as weddings. She prides herself on collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to bring client visions to life.
She strongly believes in the importance of making events memorable for clients, which is one of the key driving forces in her career. She enjoys building a rapport with clients and believes that her time spent in the hospitality sector has made her very personable and approachable.
