With over 25 years of practice within the catering and hospitality industry, Stephen joined ICC Belfast Hospitality Team in August 2022 as General Manager.
After graduating from Northern Ireland Catering College in 1998, Stephen joined the Hospitality Sector working in leading venues throughout the UK and Ireland gaining valuable experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
His favourite part of his role is working with the team in the successful planning and execution of large-scale conferences and events creating bespoke and local hospitality experiences and exceeding expectations.
