As Director of Operations and a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Charlie provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the safe, consistent, and high-quality delivery of all events across ICC Belfast, Waterfront Hall, and Ulster Hall. Charlie holds overall accountability for event delivery excellence, operational risk management, facilities compliance, and venue readiness.

A strategic leader, Charlie is passionate about driving operational resilience and continuous improvement. Embracing a structured approach, he focuses on establishing robust governance and optimising operational capability to support exceptional customer experiences.

As the accountable ELT lead for Health & Safety, Charlie is dedicated to embedding a proactive safety culture across all operational activities. He champions business continuity and risk management, ensuring spaces remain safe, compliant, and world-class stages for everyone.

Prior to their executive leadership roles at ICC Belfast, Waterfront Hall, and Ulster Hall, Charlie gained significant business, digital marketing, and event management experience working in a range of industries including automotive, education, and economic development.
