As the Head of Venue and Event Safety at ICC Belfast, Waterfront, and Ulster Hall, Jenny plays a pivotal role in driving the safety strategy for our business across both venue and event operations. She is committed to building our resilience and enhancing emergency preparedness, ensuring our venues remain safe and secure for all staff, patrons, contractors, and clients.

Jenny brings a wealth of experience to the role, having started her career in the festival industry before transitioning to football, where she managed stadium operations focusing on safety and security for both domestic and international matches.

Jenny works closely with our teams across various departments to ensure that our safety strategy and standards are consistently delivered across our operations. She works with our facilities management team who maintain the integrity and safety of our buildings, with our technical team in the safe operation and maintenance of equipment, staff training and procedures, and with our event management team to support the safe planning and management of events. Her keen interest in crowd management and her dedication to continuous improvement drive the high safety standards we uphold in all our landmark entertainment venues.
