ROLE SUMMARY
A key member of the Marketing and Communications team, the post holder will have responsibility for the development and execution of Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall marketing and communications plans, focusing on generating revenue through ticket sales, advertising and marketing packages as well as ensuring a strong brand presence and awareness for two of Northern Ireland's most iconic entertainment venues, celebrating their rich heritage and culture. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivering an annual calendar of marketing activity that delivers against predetermined revenue targets, as well as the wider business objectives aimed at driving growth and prosperity for Northern Ireland's night time economy.
The Marketing Manager will have influence over B2B and B2C marketing activity undertaken across Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall brand family. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications and the wider marketing and entertainment management teams, the post holder will ensure alignment across all marketing activity so that the venues’ unique value propositions and competitive differentiators are communicated effectively to the target audiences.
