Ellen Farrell

Ellen embarked on her professional journey at ICC Belfast as a placement student within the marketing team. This experience allowed her to transition into the Chief Executive’s office in her final year of university, where she worked closely with the senior leadership team whist balancing the demands of her academic studies, later graduating with a 2:1 degree in BSc (Hons) Communication, Advertising and Marketing from Ulster University.

Ellen’s passion for people extends beyond her immediate role. She is deeply committed to enhancing team dynamics and engagement, spearheading a variety of internal team engagement events. Ellen’s signature strength lies in her ability to turn ideas into reality, always with a focus on strengthening team cohesion and encouraging a positive work environment.

Ellen remains actively involved in BWUH Ltd’s charitable initiatives, working closely with the company’s charity partner to support meaningful initiatives. Her commitment to both her colleagues and the wider community reflects her belief in the power of teamwork and collective effort. Passionate about collaboration and continuous learning, Ellen thrives in fast-paced environments and is always looking for new ways to bring people together.
